灰胸薮鹛消化系统形态的初步研究 被引量:11

摘要 对灰胸薮鹛(Liocichla omeiensis)消化系统的形态学作了初步观察,结果表明,灰胸薮鹛舌前端有刺毛状结构,后端有一排尖端后指的栉状突,且中间小两边大;雄鸟在舌前端正中央还有一“v”形的凹缺,深约2.5 mm;雌鸟食道颈段长为13.2mm,雄鸟为17.5mm;嗉囊雌鸟长7.5 mm,雄鸟长8.4 mm;食道胸段雌鸟长15.5 mm,雄鸟长14.7 mm;肌胃发达,具角质膜,腺胃乳突短而小;肠道长与体长基本相等,小肠较发达,雌鸟长153.7 mm,占肠道总长92.6%,雄鸟为133 mm和95%,具有双侧盲肠,占肠道总长的3.3%,大肠短,雌鸟仅占肠道7.5%,雄鸟仅占4.75%;肝为体内最大的消化腺,分左右两叶;胰位于十二指肠袢内,细长形,分三小叶。 Morphology of the digestive system of Liocichla omeiensis has been observed preliminarily by naked eyes and dissecting microscope. The results indicate that the tip of the tongue is thin, with many sctas, while on the root of the tongue there are many tuber-like structures pointing backside, which are big in the middle but small in both sides. The length of the esophagus of female is 13.2 mm before the crop and 15.5 mm after the crop, while the male is 17.5 mm and 14.7 mm respectively. The crop of female is 7.5 mm in the length, while that of male is 8.4 mm. On the surface of glandular stomach, there are short and small papilla, and the muscular stomach is upgrowth with a flat of devel- oped horniness on the inside. The length of intestine is almost same as long as that Of the whole body. The small intestine of the female with 153.7 mm in length and 92.6 % of the whole length of the intestine is relatively developed, while the male is 133ram and 95%. The caecum occupys 3.3% of the whole length of the intestine. The large intestine of female is short, only occupying 7.5 % of the whole length of the intestine, while the male is only 4.75 %. Liver is the biggest digestive gland in the coelom and separates into two parts . The pancreas locating in the flection of the duodenum is thin and long, which divides into three parts.
