摘要
对永磁无刷直流电动机从电动运行过渡到反接制动或回馈制动运行的整个过程进行了计算和比较。分析表明:反接制动电流大,不回馈能量;回馈制动可以设置适当的占空比,利用电感的升压作用,向直流侧回馈能量。通过仿真和实验验证了两种制动方式的特点。
Based on analysis and contrast of the whole operating process from driving to reverse connect braking and regenerative braking for PMDCM, reverse connect braking has some characteristics of great phase currents and not returning energy. However, regenerative braking may return energy by setting proper duty ratio and boost inductance action. Besides the respective characteristics of two braking modes are validated by simulation and experiment.
