基于熵权的模糊AHP法在雷达装备采购效能评估中的应用

Application of fuzzy AHP based on entropy weight to radar equipment procurement effectiveness

针对层次分析法(AHP)中决策者的主观判断、偏好及对问题的理解等因素可能对采购效能的评估产生影响,引入基于熵权的模糊层次分析法来评估雷达装备采购效能。给出了雷达装备采购效能评估指标体系的层次结构模型,建立了雷达装备采购效能基于熵权的模糊层次分析法评价模型,并进行了算例分析,验证了该方法简单可行。

To counter the decision-maker＇s subjective judgement, favoritism, comprehension and so on, which may have influence in procurement effectiveness, this paper introduces the entropy weight and fuzzy maths to evaluate the radar equipment procurement effectiveness, a comprehensive model about the operational efficiency evaluation factors of target system is presented, the decision model which uses fuzzy AHP based on entropy weight is established. At last, an algorithm is presented. The result proves that the method is simple and feasible.
