摘要
提高创新能力是企业集团发展的关键。当前,我国企业集团在创新过程中存在的一个突出问题是在很大程度上忽略了企业集团内部各个子公司之间的协同合作,从而影响了企业集团整体的创新绩效。通过研究企业集团内部协同创新的关键影响因素及其与协同创新效应的关系、协同创新效应与创新绩效的相关关系,对企业集团内部的协同创新管理进行了理论分析和实证研究。
Improving the innovation capacity is very important for the development of enterprise groups. One of the most conspicuous problems faced by Chinese enterprise groups during the innovation process is that the synergy and collaboration between subsidiary companies inside the enterprise groups are ignores, and the innovation performances are limited. Were analyzed three aspects: (1) The key factors of synergetic innovation in enterprise group, (2) the relationship between the key factors of synergetic innovation and synergetic effect, (3) the relationship between synergetic effect and innovation performance. Synergetic innovation management inside enterprise groups were also studied theoretically and empirically.
