摘要
目的研究腺病毒介导的人血管抑素基因对卵巢癌的治疗作用。方法建立人卵巢癌裸鼠动物模型,检测腺病毒介导的人血管抑素基因对肿瘤生长的抑制作用。结果人血管抑素基因可明显的抑制卵巢癌裸鼠移植瘤生长。结论腺病毒介导的人血管抑素基因在体内高效表达,并明显抑制人卵巢癌裸鼠移植瘤的肿瘤血管生成和肿瘤生长,为抗血管生成方法治疗卵巢癌的临床应用奠定了基础。
Objective To study the effects of treating ovarian cancer with human angiostatin gene mediated by adenovirus. Methods A human ovarian cancer model using a nude mice was built to test the suppressive effect of human angiostatin gene mediated by adenovirus on the tumor growth. Results Human angiostatin gene could suppress the growth of transplanted tumor from ovarian neoplasm nude mice obviously. Conclusion Human angiostatin mediated by adenovirus expresses high - effectively inside as well as suppresses the creation of tumor vascular and the growth of transplanted tumor markedly. The study built a fine base for the clinic application on treating ovarian cancer with the method of anti - vascular creation.
