病案重号现象分析与对策

目的了解我院出院病案重号现象并分析其重号原因,提出对策,加强监管。方法对我院五年间出院病案重号资料,进行收集整理、统计分析。结果病案重号发生率有逐年上升趋势,应引起足够重视。结论完善病案管理制度,加强对病案工作流程的监控,杜绝病案重号现象继续发生,避免病案资料流失。

Objective The study was designed to analyze the phenomena and reasons of the repetitive medical record numbers in the hospital. Then put foreword methods to deal with. Methods Collected and analyzed the medical records that had repetitive numbers in five years. Made a statistical analysis. Result The incidence of repetitive medical record numbers is going up. More attention should be paid to it. Conclusion It is important to improve the manage system of medical records, reinforce the controls on the process of medical records, stop repetitive numbers reappearing, avoid medical records missing.
