Analyzing the Construction of Diseases to Push Hospital Management Forward

目的本文通过对我院住院前十位的病种构成进行比较分析,了解本地区儿童住院病人的特点和变化规律,从中找出病种因素对卫生资源的影响。方法对1996年～2005年疾病分类报表按ICD-10编码为标准进行分类、汇总,按照二十个系统制定《医院住院病人疾病分类报表》。结果十年来,我院住院病人的疾病构成有不同程度的变化,但其中十大病种通常位居前列。患这前十种疾病的病人总数占住院病人总数的69.67%以上。结论医院应该根据疾病构成比例,调整医疗服务结构,积极引进开发新技术、新项目,以病人为中心,提高医疗质量,合理优化组合资源配置,降低消耗和医疗费用,努力提高医疗服务水平。

Objective By analyzing the top ten the diseases in our hospital, the author wishes to find out the characteristics of children inpatients and the rules of the change of the construction of the diseases in order to find out the influence of the factors of construction of the diseases on the sanitation resource. Methods According the Report of the classification of Disease of the Inpatients, the author collects and classifies the disease reports from 1996 to 2005 with ICD-10. Results In the ten years, though the construction of the diseases varies every year, the top 10 diseases are the most common ones accounting for 69.67 %. Conclusion Based on the proportion of the construction of the diseases, the hospital should adjust the construction of the medical service, introduce new technique, new items actively, regard patient as the center, improve medical treatment quality, allocate resources reasonably, lower the depletion and the medical treatment expenses, and improve the medical treatment service level.
