基于产业关联的民间文化艺术产业发展战略框架模型研究

A Strategy Framewerk Model for Industry-Related Folk Cultural Industry

针对当前民间文化艺术产业发展中存在的开发与保护这一矛盾问题,首先对民间文化艺术产业的内涵进行了界定,分析了民间文化艺术产品相对于一般工业产品的特性;然后在研究民间文化艺术产业同国民经济体系中其他产业的关联性基础上,构建了基于产业链内部利润转移制度的民间文化艺术产业发展战略框架模型,其具体作用机理可概括为“政府搭台、民间文化艺术产业唱戏、民众观赏、关联产业埋单”。

In order to conciliate the contradiction between the development and protection of folk culture and art in the course of their industialization, this paper makes a clear definition about the content and connotation of folk cultural and art industries. It also makes a deep analysis to the characteristics of folk cultural and art products by comparing to the general industrial goods. On the basis of studies on the relevance between folk cultural and art industries and other industries in the national economic systerm, A framework model for folk cultural and art industrial development strategy is constructed in terms of profits transfer system within internal industry chain. The specific role of mechanisms can be summarized as ＂political support from government, hard work and good works from folk cultural and art industries, appreciation from mass commons, and payment from relevant industries＂.
