通过文献资料研究，采用专家咨询、评估实践和Ｒ型因子分析等方法。
Based on the study of documents concerned and with the methods of expert consultation practical evaluations and analysis of R type factor, a set of comprehensive evaluation method for the index system of competitive position of enterprise and fuzzy grade is put forward in this paper.
