An Analysis of Book Reverse Logistics Based on a Sustainable Development in Supply Chain

针对目前我国图书市场中逆向物流严重的状况,应用经济学理论,从供应链可持续发展的角度探讨逆向物流对于社会和企业的影响。结果表明,有效开展逆向物流服务能够提高供应链中企业的利润,增强图书供应链的稳定性,而逆向物流的有效开展需要链中企业的协同合作,从而共同促进图书供应链的可持续发展。建立完善的信息系统,以信息流代替物流,减少牛鞭效应,将成为逆向物流管理的必然趋势。

In the light of the severe situation of reverse logistics in China＇s book market, reverse logistics＇ impact on society and enterprises is discussed by applying economics theory on the basis of sustainable development in supply chain. The result indicates that the profit of the enterprises in book supply chain can be raised, and the stability of book supply chain can be built up by implementing reverse logistics effectively. Moreover, collaboration between enterprises is needed in implementing reverse logistics effectively. Thus, sustainable development in book supply chain can be promoted together. It will be a compulsory trend in reverse logistics management to build a perfect information system, to substitute logistics by information flow, and to decrease sudden effect.
