摘要
廖平认为,经学之核心在于礼制,经学之分今古即在于所说礼制的不同。今文学所主礼制同出《王制》,古文学所主礼制同出《周礼》。廖平治经专重《王制》,是其以礼制治《春秋》的学术宗旨使然,也有深刻的时代烙印,对这一现象的分析,有助于我们对晚清经学发展脉络的总体把握。
Liao Ping held that the core of study of classic scripture is to study ritual institutions (Lizhi) and the classification of ancient and the modern study of classic scripture rests with the fact that they are related to different ritual institutions. The institution that the current literature maintains comes from Wangzhi, while the institution, which the ancient literature held derived from Zhouli. The reason that Liao Ping emphasized Wangzhi in his classic scripture studies can be accounted for by his specialty in the study of The Spring and Autumn Annals. The analyses of such phenomenon could be of use for us to generally grasp the development vein of Late-Qing classic scripture studies.
