中医门诊医生工作站软件的设计与实现

Design and realization of the doctor's work station software for traditional Chinese medicine clinic

目的:用于中医门诊病历的书写记录和处方的快速检索、选取、打印,提高医生工作效率。方法:第一作者提出设计方案,编写组按要求依据中华人民共和国国家标准、全国高等中医药院校规划教材、《中华人民共和国药典》一部2005版,共编辑了22类600余种疾病,1900余个证候和相应的治疗法则、可能使用的790余个备用处方和需要加减的备用药。由杭州创业软件股份有限公司在其开发的HIS系统上进行数字化处理。结果:在标准医生工作站的基础上拓展了中药饮片处方的功能,医生可以随时根据需要维护和扩展系统中的数据,能够保存病历,积累病历资料,有利于临床科研总结和必要时的法律举证。实现既可以单独应用,也可以与任何HIS厂商的应用软件进行数据对接。结论:中医门诊医生工作站具有操作简便,功能齐全和规范化、人性化、真实性等优点,极大地提高中医门诊医生的工作效率和方便患者就诊,具有较好的社会效益和经济效益。

AIM： The doctor＇s work station software for traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） clinic is used for the records of case history for the out-patient service and fast index, choice as well as printing of the prescription so as to increase the doctor＇s efficiency. METHODS： The first editor brought forward the project. The editor group edited a system including 22 kinds of more than 600 diseases, more than 1 900 syndromes and relevant therapeutic principle and more than 790 spare prescriptions and spare medicine changeable according to the request of national standard of the People＇s Republic of China, the programming teaching material for higher medical education in China, and The medical dictionary of the People＇s Republic of China （2005 version）, It was digitally processed on the system of HIS by Hangzhnu Chuangye Software Stock Company. RESULTS： Based on the standard doctor work station, the software enlarged the function of the prescription of Chinese herb. The doctor could not only retain or expand the data in the system at any time according to need, but keep the case history and accumulate the data, which was profitable for doctors to sum up the clinical summary and be quoted by law necessarily. The software could be either used alone or connected with the applied software of any factory of HIS. CONCLUSION： The doctor＇s work station software for TCM clinic is simple to operate, full of functions, canonical, humanistic and authoritative. It can increase the doctor＇s efficiency and provide conveniences for patients to see a doctor in clinic. The software has a good social benefit and economic benefit.
