浅论和谐“三农”

Brief Discussion on Harmonious “Agriculture,Rural & Farmers”

在党的十六大会议上,提出了全面建立和谐社会目标。当前,“三农”问题已成为制约中国社会继续向前发展的主要问题“,三农”的和谐是构建和谐社会的关键。本文以和谐为基本出发点,全面论述了和谐“三农”的基本内涵和基本特征,最后探讨了构建和谐“三农”的实现途径。

Setting up harmonious social goal in an all-round way has been proposed at the 16th National Congress of Communist Party of China. At present, the problem of rural area,agriculture and farmers has become the main factor restraining the Chinese development, the harmony of countryside,agriculture and peasant is the key for structuring the harmonious society. This article takes harmony as basic point of departure, and discusses the basic meaning,essential features on the harmony of rural area,agriculture and farmers in an all-round way, and probes into the realization way for structuring the harmony of rural area,agriculture and farmers.
