Inhibiting Factors on Small Enterprises' Developing Cycling Economy & Its Countermeasures——Taking Small Enterprises in Changshu,Jiangsu Province as an Example

中小企业作为发展循环经济的主体,面临着成本增加、市场和政府失灵、技术落后、企业布局分散等方面的制约。要推动中小企业发展循环经济,必须利用各种经济手段,形成循环经济发展的激励机制;采用政府推动和企业主导相结合的办法,构建循环经济发展的技术支撑体系;按照循环经济理念搞好工业园区的规划和建设,优化企业布局。

As chief member ot developing cycle-economy, tion from increasing cost, malfunction of government or market, backwardness of technology and dispersive layout. In order to prompt medium and small enterprises to develop cycle-economy, we need to use some economic means to establish prompting system for developing of cycle-economy.; to construct technology-sustained system by combining government-prompting and enterprise leading; according to the concept of cycle economy to make a good job for constructing of industrial park and to optimize enterprises＇ layout.
