摘要
将处理后的CNTs加入纯PA6中,制备出含有改性碳纳米管的母粒,然后按不同比例和PA6切片共混纺丝,经过拉伸及紧张热定型后可制得含CNTs的PA6纤维.当CNTs为0.5wt%时,改性PA6纤维强度较纯PA6纤维提高26.8%.同时对纤维的结构和增强机理做了初步探索.
In this paper, the masters were prepared by dispersing the modified CNT into Then it blended with PA6 to melt spinning and the PA6 fiber with CNTs was produced. The fi post drawn, and then got heat treatment in tension. The breaking strength of the fibers with 0.5 the PA6. be nanotubes increased by 26.8% compared with the pure PA6. The structure and the mechanism forcement of the fibers with CNTs were preliminarily discussed. rs were carbon of reinforcement of the fibers with CNTs were preliminarily discussed.
