摘要
德育需要外铄,但外铄“过犹不及”而导致的外铄失度,对德育内化所造成的负面影响,正在青少年身上蔓延,外铄过度造成了对青少年的“折磨”,外铄不足又变成了对青少年的放任。正确把握外铄与内化之关系就可以最大限度地规避外铄失度。第一,以外铄作为内化的起点,以内化作为外铄的目标;第二,以外铄作为内化的基础,以内化去追求对外铄的超越;第三,以外铄确定内化的方向,以内化实现外铄的效果。
This paper analyses the major factors influencing the effects of morals education. The author maintain that the internalization and the externalization phases in moral cultivation, which by itself is an independent process, are interrelated and their interrelation deserves close examination for the establishment of the principles and methods of moral cultivation.
