大学生大五人格特质与择业效能感关系研究

On the Relationship Between College Students' Five-aspect Personality Traits and the Career-decision-making Efficiency

通过对300名大学三年级学生进行大五人格量表和中国大学生择业效能感的问卷调查发现:男女生在宜人性维度、文理科学生在外向性维度达到显著差异;文理科学生在职业信息与技能效能感、个性自我了解效能感、社会支持效能感均达显著差异;大五人格五维度与择业效能感四维度,除宜人性与职业信息与技能效能感相关较低外,其余均达到显著相关;外向性、谨慎性和开放性三个变量进入回归方程.采用SPSS10.0软件对数据进行处理分析,发现大五人格五维度与择业效能感四维度有广泛而紧密的相关关系,内部一致性程度很高.

The article surveys the personalities of five aspects and the efficiency of hunting for jobs via 300 third-year college students by questionnaire. So great is the difference in the amenity column between the boy students and girl students,the difference in the extroversion column between the art students and science students,and the difference between the art students and science students in the columns of vocation information and skill efficiency ,personality serf-understanding and social supporting. In five-aspect column and hunting-for-job column,the relationship in the amenity column and vocation information is low,while others are obvious. The three variables in extroversion,caution and opening go into regression equation.With SPSS10.0 to analyse the data,we find that five dimensions of five aspects and the dimensions of career-decision-making efficiency have close relations,and the two share a high coherence.
