The records of Bao Yi Mint in data of Qing Dynasty was very simple, author discussed the instauration, history, reasons of cast standard coins, casting materials and coin amounts of this mint in his article. After Ili was occupied by Russia, the coins of Bao Yi Mint was purchased by the Russia banknote in low price caused the rare existent now. The technique of this kind of coins was the best in all the coins of Xin Jiang mints, but was not a patch on the coins of inland.
