摘要
本文详细叙述了涡轮变工况计算模型的建立过程,其中重点介绍了无因次的涡轮特性线计算方法;同时,对国内外常用的四种损失模型进行了综合比较并以最小二乘法均值拟合得到攻角模型,采用10级涡轮的启动过程对其适用性加以验证;而后又以3级涡轮和6级涡轮为例,比较了级数对涡轮变工况特性的影响;最后给出了静叶速度系数(!)和动叶速度系数(")的变化对级组内效率、物理流量和总功率的影响。
Multistage axial flow turbine off design model is established, and non-dimension method of turbine characteristics calculation is emphasized. According to the widely applied formulas in many literatures, we synthesize and give a fitting formula out of the least square method as to the loss model rule in the flow course. Then the start course of a ten-stage turbine is studied to testify the loss model. The off design characteristic curves of three-stage and six-stage turbine are studied, to compare the influence of stage number. At last the influence of ψ,ψ to turbine set efficiency, flux and power are studied.
