68例脑基底节区梗塞的脑电地形图分析

摘要 报告经CT、磁共振成像(MRI)证实的68例脑基底节区梗塞患者的脑电地形图(BEAM),并与50例正常对照组的BEAM作对照,结果梗塞组BEAM36例(53%)异常:其中33例以θ波频带能量增高为主要表现(29例位于大脑前半部,4例位于大脑后半部);3例(8%)为δ波频带能量增高,均在后半部。对照组BEAM异常4例(8%),表现在额、颞区θ波频带能量稍有增高。脑梗塞组与正常对照组比较,BEAM异常率有明显差异。 The BEAM of 68 cases with basal ganglion infarction (BCI) confirmed by CT and MRI were reported and was compared with that of 50 normal subjects. Abnormal BEAM was found in 36 cases (53%).in whom 33 showed mainly an increase in energy of wave frequency band(29 in the anterior cerebral hemispbere,4 in the posterior),and 3 showed an increase in energy of δ wave frequency band in the posterior hemisphere. Abnormal BEAM in the control group was observed in 4(8%) with a slight increase in energy of 6 wave frequency band in the frontal and temporal regions. Mark difference of abnormal BEAM was noted between BCI and control groups.
