病理性瘢痕组织中survivin mRNA和C-myc、P27^(kip1)蛋白的表达 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨病理性瘢痕组织中survivin mRNA和C-myc、P27^(kip1)蛋白的表达情况。方法采用原位杂交和免疫组织化学染色技术,分别检测40例病理性瘢痕组织、20例非病理性瘢痕组织和20例正常皮肤组织中survivin mRNA和C-myc、P27^(kip1)蛋白的表达情况。结果病理性瘢痕、非病理性瘢痕和正常皮肤组织中survivin mRNA、C-myc蛋白和P27^(kip1)蛋白阳性表达率分别为67.5%、40.0%、20.0%,72.5%、45.0%、35.0%,55.0%、85.0%、90.0%;病理性瘢痕与非病理性瘢痕和正常皮肤组织比较,3指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病理性瘢痕组织中,C-myc蛋白表达与survivin mRNA表达及P27kip1蛋白高表达均有相关性(P<0.05),survivin mRNA表达与P27^(kip1)蛋白高表达无相关性(P>0.05)。结论病理性瘢痕组织中survivin、c-myc表达上调,p27^(kip1)表达抑制,从而导致瘢痕形成。 Aim : To study the expression of survivin gene and its relationship with expression of C-myc, P27^kip1 proteins in pathologic scar. Methods: The survivin mRNA, C-myc protein, and P27^kip1 protein in 40 cases of pathologic scar tissue,20 cases of normotrophie scar tissue, and 20 cases of normal skin tissae using in situ hybridization and immunohistochemical methods. Rosults: The positive rates of survivin mRNA, C-myc protein, and P27^kip1 protein in pathologic scar, normotrophic scar and normal skin tissue were 67.5% ,40.0% ,20.0% ;72.5% ,45.0% ,35.0% ; and 55.0% ,85.0% , 90.0%. Compared with normotrophie scar and normal skin cases, the expressions of survivin mRNA, C-myc protein and P27^kip1 protein in pathologic scar cases were significantly different (P 〈 0.05). In pathologic scar tissue, C-myc had significant correlation with survivin mRNA and P27 kipl ( p 〈 0. 05 ) , but survivin mRNA had no significant correlation with P27 ^kip1 (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion : The expression of survivin and c-myc is up-regulated, and that of p27^kip1 is restrained in pathologic scar,which may contribute to the formation pathologic scar.
