胃癌组织中环氧合酶-2、血管内皮生长因子-C与微淋巴管密度检测 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨胃癌组织中环氧合酶-2(COX-2)和血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)的表达及其与微淋巴管形成、淋巴结转移之间的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法对53例胃癌组织行COX-2、VEGF-C检测;Ⅷ因子抗体及Ⅳ型胶原抗体双重免疫组化染色检测微淋巴管密度(MLVD)。以15例手术切缘经病理证实的正常胃黏膜作对照。结果胃癌组织中COX-2蛋白阳性率为62.3%(33/53),且COX-2蛋白表达水平与分化程度、淋巴结转移和病理分期有关(P<0.05);VEGF-C蛋白阳性率为34.0%(18/53),VEGF-C蛋白表达水平与胃癌的组织学分化程度无关(P>0.05),与淋巴结转移和病理分期有关(P<0.05)。胃癌组织中,VEGF-C表达与COX-2表达正相关(rs=0.312,P<0.05);MLVD与COX-2、VEGF-C的表达及病理分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论胃癌组织中COX-2、VEGF-C蛋白表达与胃癌淋巴结转移有关,COX-2、VEGF-C在促使胃癌微淋巴管形成过程中起作用。 Aim: To explore the expression of cylooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and vascular endothelial growth factor-C (VEGF-C) in human gastric cancer tissue. Methods:SP immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of COX-2 and VEGF-C in 53 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma, An immunohistoohemieal double staining technique was used, to observe the mierolymphatic vessel density (MLVD). Results: The positive rate of COX-2 or VEGF-C proteins in gastric carcinomal cells were 62.3% and 34.0% , respectively, The expression of both COX-2 and VEGF-C were significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis, pathological stages (P 〈 0.05 ). Besides, the expression of COX-2 was correlated with the differentiation of tumor (P 〈 0. 05). A significant correlation was found between COX-2 anti VEGF-C expression ( P 〈 0.05 ). MLVD was related to lymph node metastasis anti pathological stages of tumor ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: COX-2 and VEGF-C are involved in lymphangiogenesis of gastric carcinoma, which might be related to the lymph node metastasis.
