《莎菲女士的日记》是一部由女性作者以真正女性立场展示女性生命欲望真实状态的作品,小说的生命美学品格在于它对女性爱欲书写的开拓:冲击了传统文化中有关女性的、爱欲的、书写的种种“禁忌;”张扬着一种更具现代内涵的情爱意识;蕴涵着对个体生命意义的执著追寻。
Lady Sophie＇s Diary is a work by a female writer on an absolute female stand, which aesthetically displays a real female eros. It breaks many ＂taboos＂ on female and desire narration, declares an idea of love carrying modern connotation, contains an honest pursuit for the meaning of individual life, which represents the outbreak of female eros narration.
