天津市犯罪人刑期的群体异同分析

An Analysis on Similarities and differences of Prison Term for Groups of Criminals in Tianjin City

由于不同社会群体的文化特质、生活方式、社会认知水平等方面的差异,其犯罪行为具有群体上的倾向性,并有可能在群体的刑期上显现出异同。分析结果表明,不同职业、不同婚姻状况、不同文化程度及不同省籍犯罪人的刑期之间存在显著差异,而不同犯罪年龄、性别以及城市居民与外来犯罪者之间,其刑期的差异并不明显,具有刑期上的“相似性”。

There are some similarities and differences of prison term for groups of criminal because of the differences of cultural nature, life way, rational level of different social groups to the different trends of criminal actions. According to the research information concerned, there is a typical difference among prison terms of criminals from different jobs, marriages status, cultural level and provinces, while there is few difference among prison terms of citizen criminals and country criminals from different ages and sexual distinctions.
