摘要
本文依据试验数据,生产实践和理论相结合,对制盐蒸发罐的点腐蚀、缝隙腐蚀、应力腐蚀破裂性能和投资、运行效果进行论证,提出采用性价比进行选材,认为2507型双相不锈钢最适宜、具有良好的应用前景。
Based on experimental data and combining practice with theory,this paper elaborates the performance of pit corrosion, crevice corrosion,stress corrosion in the evaporator of vacuum salt making and the effect of investment and operation, proposing to select material based on the ratio of performanec to price.It is concluded that duplex stainless steel 2507 is most appropriate and has favorable application prospect.
