Progress in Study of Immunodeficiency Resulted from Defect of the IL-12/IL-23- IFN-γ Axis

摘要 由于IL-12/IL-23-IFN-γ轴系各组分先天缺陷或后天异常,该轴系介导的促进巨噬细胞及T细胞对胞内病原体的杀伤作用减弱或消失,临床上表现为以分支杆菌为主的程度不等的感染。伴随着人们对该疾病基因型-表现型关系认识的逐渐成熟,针对性的诊断和治疗也取得了相当的发展。
