骨髓间充质干细胞诱导分化为胰岛素分泌细胞的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 干细胞因具有全能分化潜能而有望成为组织工程和细胞治疗中的重要种子细胞来源。如能将其诱导分化为能分泌胰岛素的细胞,将有助于解决胰岛素绝对或相对缺乏所引起的糖尿病代谢失调状态。目前已有从胚胎干细胞或成体干细胞诱导出胰岛素分泌细胞的报道,骨髓间充质干细胞(MSC)作为成体干细胞一种重要的来源有着广泛的前景。该文对MSC的概念、生物学特性,MSC诱导分化为胰岛素分泌细胞的进展作一综述。
