摘要
在四轴联动加工CNC制造建模时,用MasterCAM对双头麻花轴零件建模,建立了将双头麻花轴的双三维螺旋曲面变换成空间的直纹面进行处理后的制造模型,不但使制造模型简单,而且容易实现加工过程中的曲面防干涉。经测试,还能进一步保证设计及制造加工精度。
When the double headed screw shaft was modeled in the four axis processing CNC by MasterCAM, the manufacture model which transforms the 3D helicoid of it into the 3D ruled surface to processing, it is not only simple but also prone to realizes that curved surface prevent interference in the processing. After test, it can further guarantee the processing precision of the design and machining.
