In order to offer consumers more information about Wuxi soy sauce history, the early producing technology of soy sauce in Wuxi periphery areas and the development of Wuxi soy sauce factories during the period from Ming & Qing dynasty to post - liberation time are introduced. The evolvement of Wuxi soy sauce producing technology is also mentioned.
