摘要
利用PLC的PWM指令和PID指令,通过Profibus总线建立了由PC、CPU315-2-DP、CPU224构成的网络温度控制系统,详细讨论了温度检测算法以及PID控制算法,给出了软件设计流程图,介绍了温度监控系统的设计。实验表明,系统可靠性、温度性高,控制精度可以达到10℃,具有实际应用价值。
This paper created a temperature control network by using the PLC's PWM and PID instruction,which was constituted of PC,CPU312-2-DP and CPU224 together,and based on Profibus field bus,discussed temperature test algorithm and PID control algorithm in detail.The software diagram was provided,and the design of temperature Supervisory Control system was introduced as well.Experiment conducted indicates that the system has high reliability and stability while the control precision is within 1℃.The system has practical application value.
