摘要
从供应链管理的两个基本战略目标出发,以最小化供应链总成本和反应时间为目标函数,将这完整供应链中包含的几个企业类型加以充分考虑,提出符合实际的假设和约束条件,建立了产供销一体化的供应链多期生产多目标规划模型。利用加权和法求解模型得到了其相应的非劣解和生产计划调度方案。实例计算结果表明了模型的有效性和可行性。
From two prime strategy objectives in supply chain management(SCM),this paper develops an objective function on minimizing total costs and response time.Considering some enterprise types included in SCM,the author brings forward the hypotheses and constraint conditions according to the practical production and creates a multi-objective optimization model for supply chain based on integration of production and provision.By using the linear programming algorithm,the optimal production planning results can be obtained.The results show that it can yield a satisfactory solution and is potential to practical production applications.
