摘要
在工业以太网远程控制中,现场大量的使用模拟电流信号设备,而由单片机输出的信号为电压信号,如何不失真地将电压信号转化为电流信号,是本文要解决的主要问题。首先研究了工业以太网的体系结构,从研究电压电流转换集成芯片内部结构入手,设计了原理图及外围元件选用,最后简要介绍了所设计的转换电路的运用实例。
There are many analog current equipment in EPA systerm in distance-control , but the output signal of SMC is voltage signal , how to transform voltage-signal to current-signal Without distortion is the majory question of this article. The systerm structure of EPA and it function in the interface of net is introduced at first , then the primary chip's inner structure of AM460 is explained, designed the theory project and it component selection in periphery, at last , introduced the use example of this circuit.
