随着现代经济的发展,商业银行的经营运作日趋多元化和复杂化,风险管理变得越来越重要。商业银行只有将风险控制与业务拓展有机结合,才能真正获得效益,实现生存与发展。在各种风险中,客户信用风险是银行面临的最主要的风险。如何有效地甄别和防范客户信用风险,多年来一直是银行界积极关注、探讨和实践的一个重要课题。
