摘要
从云南某硫化矿酸性废水中分离出一株氧化亚铁硫杆菌,研究结果表明,最佳培养温度为30℃左右,最佳生长pH为2.0~2.5,最佳生长初始Fe^2+浓度为0.15mol/L左右,在进行细菌培养时接种量取10%比较恰当。低pH值和高浓度Fe^2+驯化后,在培养温度30℃、初始pH值1.5、初始Fe^2+浓度25g/L条件下,氧化亚铁硫杆菌仍能保持一定的Fe^2+氧化活性,6天Fe^2+氧化率可达82.28%,Fe^2+平均氧化速率达3.43g/L/d,pH值的变化是先上升后下降,最后稳定在1.81。
A strain of Thiobacillus ferrooxidans was isolated from the acidic wastewater of a sulfide minerals in Yunnan. The study on Thiobacillus ferrooxidans indicated that the best growth conditions: culture temperature is about 30℃, initial pH 2.0~2.5, initial ferrous ions concentrations about 0.15mol/L, and inocubtion amount of bacteria culture 10%. After the adaptation of low pH value and high ferrous ion concentrations ferrooxidans kept as usual appropriate oxidation vitality of ferrous ions. The oxidation rate of ferrous ions was 82.28% after 6 days and the average oxidation rate of ferrous ions was 3.43g/L/d when cultured at temperature 30℃, initial pH 1.5 and initial ferrous ions concentrations 25g/L. The pH initially went up and then decreased to 1.81 finally.
