中西医结合治疗手术后胃瘫27例

Combination of chinese and western medicine for treatment of 27 post-operation patients with gastric paralysis

目的探讨腹部手术后胃瘫的治疗方法。方法治疗组胃瘫患者27例，除常规西医方法外，加用以中药方剂“胃肠复原汤”为基本方的中药灌肠，并配合针刺；对照组20例，仅给予常规方法治疗。对照比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗组肠呜音情况、肛门恢复排气均优于对照组。治疗5～7d，两组比较有显著差异（P〈0．01）。结论中药方剂“胃肠复原汤”加减，配合针刺治疗能显著改善术后患者的胃肠道功能，促进术后胃瘫的恢复。

Objective To study the treatment of gastric paralysis after abdominal operation. Methods In addition to routine treatment, 27 patients in observation group were treated with enemas with ＂Weichangfuyuan Soup＂ and acupunctured. The control group with 20 patients were only given routine treatment. And their results were observed respectively. Results The gurgling sound and the time of the restoration of the exhaust in observation group were superior to control group. After 5 - 7 days＇ treatment, there was a remarkable difference between the two groups （P〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ＂Weichangfuyuan Soup＂, together with acupuncture, could effectively improve the gastric - intestine function and the restoration of the gastric paralysis.
