肿瘤标志物联合检测在恶性肿瘤诊断中的价值

Diagnostic value of biomarkers in detecting malignant tumors by combinated of detection

目的探讨恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)、癌胚抗原(CEA)3项血清肿瘤标志物联合检测在各种恶性肿瘤中的诊断价值。方法通过对348例恶性肿瘤患者血清TSGF、AFP、CEA的测定,评价其对恶性肿瘤联合检测的临床诊断评价指标。结果3项肿瘤标志物联合检测敏感性为87.6%,准确性为93.8%,特异性为97.4%。结论TSGF、AFP、CEA联合检测模式能明显提高恶性肿瘤诊断的敏感性,减少漏诊,在临床肿瘤血清学诊断和筛查中有其重要应用价值。

Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of tumor special growth factor（TSGF）,alpha-fetoprotein（AFP） and carcinoembrysnic antigen （CEA） in detecting various malignant tumors. Methods By the combined detection of TSGF, AFP, CEA in 348 patients with malignant tumors, we analysed their clinical value. Results Susceptible rate of TSGF, AFP, CEA was 87.6 %, and accuracy of diagnosis was 93.8 %, and specificity of diagnosis was 97.4 %. Conclusion Combined detection of TSGF,AFP,CEA can increase the sensitivity of malignant tumors, and lessen the misdiagnosis. TSGF,AFP,CEA are of great significance in diagnosing and detecting malignant tumors.
