中小企业网络组织共生模式及其特性分析

目前,中小企业网络组织在中小企业发展过程中已经成为提高竞争力和成功率的有效组织形式。但是,在经济发展中每一种新形式都有自身的优势,企业应根据自身特点和外部环境变化,选择适合本企业的发展模式。分析网络组织共生特性,中小企业网络组织的竞争力与稳定性和灵活性之和成正比,网络组织的竞争优势不能仅用一个稳定性来衡量,网络组织的发展应兼顾稳定性和灵活性,把稳定性和灵活性之和作为努力目标。

The paper analyzes six commonly used forms of network organization of SME （S- NetOrg） from eight aspects. The symbiosis eharacteristies of S - NetOrg are fully studied with the symbiosis theory. It puts forward that the competence of S- NetOrg is in direct proportion to the sum of stability and flexibility, and finally points out the evolutional direction of S- NetOng.
