摘要
建立了反相高效液相色谱法测定饮料中苯甲醛的方法。当苯甲醛的质量浓度在1.0~100.0 mg·L-1范围时,苯甲醛的浓度与色谱峰面积呈线性关系,线性相关系数为0.999 8。苯甲醛的回收率为99.3%-102.6%,相对标准偏差为2.0%~3.4%,方法的检出限为0.1 mg·kg-1。
RP-HPLC was applied to the determination of benzaldehyde in drinks. Linearity was kept between the peak area of the chromatogram of benzaldehyde and its concentration in the range of 1.0- 100. 0 mg · kg^-1 (r=0. 999 8), with a detection limit of 0. 1 mg · kg^-1. Tests for precision and recovery were carried at 3 concentration levels, i.e. 10. 0, 50.0 and 100.0 mg · kg^-1, values of RSD's (n=6) obtained were in the range of 2.0%-3.4%, and values of recoveries were in the range from 99.3%-102. 6%.
