摘要
在某厂300MW机组中采用十八胺成膜处理进行热力设备停用保护,对机组加药过程中的滑停参数、化学监测数据以及锅炉割管管样的电化学阻抗测试数据进行了分析。试验结果表明,十八胺用于机组停用保护是有效的。
The shutdown protection at a 300MW power plant was treated with octadecylamine（ODA）. Several thermal and chemical parameters of the thermal power system with the treatment of ODA during the sliding pressure shutdown were analyzed, and the corrosion resistance of boiler tube with or without ODA treatment was measured by EIS method. It is shown that ODA treatment is effective for shutdown protection.
