复方土牛膝糖浆解热、镇痛作用研究

Study on Antipyretic and Analgesic Effects of Compound Tuniuxi Sirup

目的研究复方土牛膝糖浆的解热、镇痛作用。方法以干酵母作为致热因子制成大鼠发热模型,并将大鼠分为高(33·12g/kg)、中(16·56g/kg)、低(8·28g/kg)剂量组以及空白对照组、阿司匹林阳性对照组,观察复方土牛膝糖浆的解热效果;另将小鼠分为高(47·84g/kg)、中(23·92g/kg)、低(11·96g/kg)剂量组以及空白对照组、阿司匹林阳性对照组,并通过醋酸灌胃法、热板法研究复方土牛膝糖浆的镇痛作用。结果复方土牛膝糖浆在给药1h后就有较强的解热作用,高、中剂量组解热作用始终与阿司匹林阳性对照组相近;复方土牛膝糖浆能明显地减少醋酸所致小鼠的扭体次数,高剂量组优于低剂量组(P<0·01),并优于阿司匹林阳性对照组(P<0·05);显著提高小鼠在热板上的痛阈值,低剂量组在1·5h～2h镇痛作用明显(P<0·01)。结论复方土牛膝糖浆对由干酵母所致动物发热有很好的解热作用,对化学或物理刺激产生的疼痛有明显的镇痛作用。

OBJECTIVE： To study the antipyretic and analgesic effects of Compound tuniuxi sirup.METHODS： Fever was induced by dry yeast in SD rats, then divided the rats into high- dose（33.12g/kg）, medium dose （16.56g/kg）, low-dose （8.28g/kg） and control, aspirin group, observed the antipyretic effect ; The mice were divided into high - dose（47.84g/kg）, medium-dose （23.92g/kg）, low dose （11.96g/kg） and control, aspirin group, then were investigated with hot plate and acetic acid induced body twist. RESULTS： Compound tuniuxi sirup can markedly inhibit the fever in the model anmals 1 hour later, the effect of the high, medium groups are similar to aspirin; and could increase the pain threshold obviously （the low- dose group is obviously in 1.5h- 2h（P 〈 0.01）） and reduce the frequency of body twist （the high - dose group is superior to the low dose group （P〈0.01） and aspirin group （P〈0.05）） .CONCLUSION： Compound tuniuxi sirup was proved having significant antipyretie effect and siruppossesses strong analgesic effects.
