摘要 对几种无机阻燃剂的超细化和复配,用传统轧-烘-焙方法对棉织物进行整理,确定聚磷酸铵与氢氧化镁一起协同阻燃时可取得较为理想的效果,并确定协同配比[质量比m(聚磷酸铵)∶m(氢氧化镁)]为51∶,阻燃剂用量在(22~24)g/100g整理液,粘合剂用量为12g时,阻燃效果最佳,且织物的白度、断裂强力及撕破强力下降较小,符合阻燃整理的要求. A flame-retardant was prepd, by ultra-fining and combining some inorg, flame-retardants, and used to finish cotton fabrics by traditional pad-dry-cure technique. The optimal result was obtained with synergistic compn. 5:1 (wt. ratio) ammonium polyphosphate: magnesium hydroxide, flame-retardant use amt. of 22-24 g/100 g finishing liquor, and binder use amt. of 12 g, where the deceases of fabric whiteness, break strength and tear strength were little, and the flame-retardant finishing requirements were satisfied.
