碱激发增钙液态渣-矿渣基复合胶凝材料的开发与应用

摘要 将增钙液态渣、矿渣分别磨细,与激发剂混合后制成生态型胶凝材料。激发剂由改性脱硫石膏和低碱度材料组成。选择增钙液态渣/矿渣质量比、激发剂用量和粉磨细度3个因素,采用正交试验L9(34)进行配方和工艺参数优化。按GB/T17671-1999对胶凝材料进行测试,28d胶砂抗压强度达到34MPa,抗折强度达到5.9MPa。安定性、凝结时间合格。对该胶凝材料在蒸养尾矿砖上的应用情况进行了测试,产品性能与32.5等级的普通硅酸盐水泥相当。 An ecotype binder is prepared after calcium enriched eyelone-furnaee slag (CECFS) and granulated blast-fumaee slag (GBFS) were ground respectively and then mixed with an activator. The activator is composed of modified desulphurization gypsum and weak alkaline materials. Three factors, ratio of CECFS/GBFS ratio, the amount of activator and grinding fineness, are selected for experiment design. Orthogonal experiment L9(34)was used to optimize formulation and process parameters. The 28d compressive mortar strength, determined according to GB/T17671-1999 standard, is up to 34 MPa and bending strength 5.9 MPa. Stability and setting time are qualified. The application of this binder in steam-cured tailings brick is tested, and the test results show that property of this binder is equivalent to Portland cement with Grade 32.5.
