摘要 采用扫描电子显微镜,分析轧辊材料耐磨球铁激光相变硬化处理表层金相显微组织特征,并进行硬化效果、耐磨性、抗回火性能分析检测,探讨金相显微组织与其机械力学性能关系。结果表明,经激光相变硬化处理,耐磨球铁具有十分优异的机械性能。该结果可供工程构件进行表面强化处理时参考。 The microstructure characteristic of wearproof nodular cast iron for roller material in rolling mill which is treated by laser transformation hardening is analyzed by optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy.And hardening effect,anti-characteristic and antitempering properties can be examined accordingly.The relation between microstructure and mechanical properties is also discussed. The results show that there are excellent mechanical properties on the hardening layer of the wearproof nodular cast iron treated by laser transformation hardening,which can be used as an useful reference in surface strengthening treatment of mechanical components in engineering
