摘要
从知识管理的定义和目的出发,阐述了知识管理活动中知识保障的内容体系,即知识源保障、知识传递保障、知识价值保障和知识转化保障,并从3个方面提出了企业知识保障体系的构建策略。
Starting from the definition and target of the knowledge management, this paper expounds the content system of the knowledge guaranteeing in the knowledge management activities, such as the guaranteeing of the knowledge sources, the guaranteeing of the knowledge transmission, the guaranteeing of the knowledge value and the guaranteeing of the knowledge transformation, and advances some tactics of constructing enterprise＇ s knowledge guaranteeing system.
