摘要
分析了当前我国人力资源管理存在的问题,指出只有充分认识和把握人力资源的基本特性,把人力资源开发摆在重要位置上,充分发挥现有人才资源的作用,将人力资源利用的弱项效应转化为正面效应,才能从根本上改变我国人力资源开发和管理的现状。
This paper analyzes on the problems existing in current human resource management in our country, and points out that only by fully recognizing and grasping the basic features of the human resource, putting the human resource on the important position, giving full play to the existing talent resource and transforming the weak item effect of the human resource utilization into the positive effect can the present situation of the development and management of Chinese human resource be changed.
