高校图书馆学生助理管理工作探析

Probe into the Student Assistant Management Work in University Library

目前在一些新建高校的图书馆中,学生助理的使用开始普及,已成为高校图书馆人员结构中一支不可忽略的力量。结合使用学生助理的实际情况,探讨了高校图书馆如何规范管理学生助理,并提出加强管理的措施与设想。

Nowadays in the libraries of some new-built universities, the application of student assistants begins currently to be popularized, and the student assistant has been a kind of power that cannot be ignored in the personnel structure of university libraries. Connecting with the actual conditions of the application of the student assistants, this paper discusses on how the university library to normalize the management of the student assistants, and advances some measures and assumptions for strengthening the management.
