摘要
针对图书馆事业面临的新形势,分析了高校图书馆员进行继续教育的含义及必要性,提出了高校图书馆员继续教育的内容。
In the light of the new situation faced by the library cause, this paper analyzes on the connotation and necessity of the continuous education for university librarians, and advances the contents of the continuous education for university librarians.
