高等级公路养护管理发展对策研究

Study on the Countermeasures for the Maintenance,Management and Development of the High-level Highway

通过对高等级公路养护管理特点的分析,指出现阶段我国高等级公路养护管理存在的问题,借鉴发达国家在公路养护管理方面的先进经验,从体制改革、法规建设、技术管理、养护机械化等方面,对我国高等级公路养护管理发展提出合理对策。

Through analyzing the characteristics of the maintenance and management of the high-level highway, this paper indicates the problems existing in the maintenance and management of Chinese high-level highway in the present stage ; and using the advanced experiences of highway maintenance and management in developed countries for reference, and from the aspects of institutional reform, rules and regulations construction, technical management, and maintenance mechanization, etc., this paper advances some reasonable countermeasures for the maintenance, management and development of Chinese high-level highway.
