摘要
简述了房地产投资风险的概念及特点,分析了房地产投资决策、土地获取、项目建设、经营管理4个阶段存在的风险,在风险识别的基础上,提出了相应的风险防范对策。
This paper expounds the concepts and features of the investment risks of Chinese real estate, analyzes on the risks existing in four stages of the investment of the real estate such as the investment decision, the land acquirement, the project construction and operative management, and based on recognizing these risks, advances some countermeasures for preventing these risks.
