从分析我国融资租赁业的现状入手,剖析了制约我国融资租赁业发展的主要因素,并在此基础上提出了对策措施,以期促进我国融资租赁业的快速健康发展。

Starting from the present situation of Chinese financing lease industry, this paper analyzes on the main factors restricting the development of Chinese financing lease industry, and based on this, puts forward some countermeasures for the purpose of promoting the rapid and healthy development of Chinese financing lease industry.
